  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost for faster delivery. Delivery times typically range from 1-3 business days.
  • In-Store Pickup: If you are local to our store in Fairfield, CT, you may opt for in-store pickup at no extra charge.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: NitroHato may offer free shipping promotions for certain order amounts or locations. These offers will be clearly stated during checkout.

It is important that you provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. NitroHato is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. 6. International Shipping

Currently, NitroHato only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Weather Conditions: Due to the delicate nature of plants, shipments may be delayed during extreme weather conditions, such as snowstorms, hurricanes, or other hazardous conditions. We will notify you if this affects your shipment.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Damage During Transit: If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and either issue a replacement or a refund for the damaged or missing items.
  • Photos Required: To process claims for damaged goods, you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage. This will help us ensure a quick resolution.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the return and replacement of the product.

9. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping for Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
